Find answers about our 3D printed materials, fitment guides, shipping policies, and used OEM Lexus parts.
Materials & Durability
Are 3D printed parts safe to use inside a hot car?
Yes. Unlike cheap hobbyist materials (like PLA) that melt in the sun, we specifically use high-temperature industrial polymers such as ASA, ABS, and Carbon Fiber infused PETG. These materials have a high heat deflection temperature (HDT) and are UV resistant, meaning they will easily survive hot summer days in a closed cabin without warping.
Can I paint or sand your 3D printed parts?
Absolutely. Most of our exterior and interior parts arrive in a raw, textured matte black finish that looks great out of the box. However, materials like ASA and ABS are incredibly easy to sand, prime, and paint if you wish to color-match them to your vehicle's factory paint.
What is Carbon Fiber PETG and when is it used?
Carbon Fiber PETG is a specialized polymer reinforced with chopped carbon fibers. We use this primarily for performance brackets, clips, and structural mounts because the carbon fiber adds significant rigidity and an attractive matte finish while reducing weight.
Fitment & Installation
How do I know if a part will fit my specific Lexus model?
Every product page features a detailed "Compatibility Guide" specifying the exact chassis codes (e.g., XE10, XE20), model years, and trim levels. We highly recommend verifying your vehicle's production year and trim before ordering.
Do I need special tools to install your parts?
Most of our interior and exterior cosmetic parts are designed as direct OEM replacements. They typically snap into factory mounting points or use standard automotive double-sided tape (which we provide when necessary). No specialized tools are required beyond standard screwdrivers or trim removal tools.
Custom Orders
Can I request a custom part that isn't in your catalog?
Yes. We offer custom 3D scanning and design services. Send us your broken OEM piece or describe the part you need, and our engineering team will provide a quote for a custom-designed replacement.
Shipping & Returns
How long does it take to receive a 3D printed part?
Since many of our specialized parts are printed on-demand to ensure the highest quality, please allow 3-5 business days for manufacturing. Once printed, standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days domestically.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally to most countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
Used OEM Parts
How do you grade the condition of used OEM parts?
Every used OEM part goes through a rigorous inspection process. We assign a strict grading scale from A (Like New) to C (Noticeable Wear). All mounting tabs are checked, and any cosmetic flaws (scratches, sun fade) are clearly photographed and described on the product page. We do not sell structurally compromised parts.
