Engineering Excellence

From Concept to Reality

Discover the technical process behind our premium 3D-printed Lexus parts. We combine precise reverse engineering with advanced additive manufacturing to replace, improve, and innovate.

3D Scanning
01

Precision 3D Scanning

We begin by digitizing the original OEM part or the vehicle's mounting area using industrial-grade, high-resolution 3D scanners. This ensures accuracy down to the micrometer, allowing us to perfectly replicate complex geometries and mounting tabs that are often prone to breaking on aging Lexus vehicles.

Sub-millimeter accuracy
Non-destructive digitization
Captures complex geometries perfectly

CAD Engineering & Optimization

Once scanned, our engineers import the mesh into professional CAD software. We don't just copy; we improve. Weak points are reinforced, wall thicknesses are optimized for structural integrity, and tolerances are adjusted. This step transforms a fragile 20-year-old plastic piece into a modernized, robust component.

Reinforcement of known weak points
Optimized print orientations
Tolerance adjustments for perfect fitment

Additive Manufacturing

The finalized CAD models are sent to our fleet of industrial 3D printers. We utilize advanced FDM and SLA technologies to produce parts layer by layer. By controlling parameters such as infill density, extrusion temperature, and layer height, we ensure every part meets strict strength and aesthetic standards.

Industrial-grade production
High-density structural infill
Consistent thermal bonding

Quality Control & Post-Processing

Every single part that comes off the build plate undergoes a rigorous inspection. We verify critical dimensions using digital calipers and perform test fitments on actual Lexus components. Depending on the part, we may also apply surface smoothing, insert brass heat-set threads, or add protective coatings.
